How do I find a property in my preferred community?
Open the Ellington Collection and use the community filter. You can also browse the community directory to see the developments in each area.
What types of properties can I explore?
The collection includes apartments, villas and townhouses, as well as commercial property. Use the property type filter to narrow your search.
Where can I find a brochure?
Open a project page and look for the brochure button. Where a published brochure is available, it opens directly. You can also request a brochure from Ibrahim.
How do I check current prices and availability?
Contact Ibrahim through the WhatsApp, email or call buttons. The project pages provide an overview; the available units, prices and payment arrangements should be confirmed before you make a decision.
Can I arrange a viewing or discuss an off-plan project?
Yes. Send Ibrahim the project name and your preferred timing using the enquiry button. He can discuss the next steps with you.
Does the contact form send my details automatically?
No. The form prepares your message and then gives you a link to open WhatsApp or your email app. You review and send the message there.
Where do I find construction updates?
The construction updates page links to Ellington’s published progress information. For a particular property, ask Ibrahim for the latest project-specific update.
